The Lady Knights season is coming to an end in the regular season as they only have one game remaining.
They currently have a record of (7-8-2), which is much better compared to when the Lady Knights started the first half of the season.
The Lady Knights grabbed their third win of the season defeating Ellet (Akron) at home by a final score of 3-0.
After the Ellet game, the Lady Knights were sitting at a record of (3-5), hoping to rattle off some wins.
Unfortunately, the next two games were tough for the girls as they fell to Twinsburg and Hoover (North Canton) both by a final score of 2-1.
After these losses the next two games for the Lady Knights get better as they tie Wadsworth with a score of 1-1, and then go on to defeat Cleveland Heights by a final score of 7-1.
The Lady Knights then go on to lose to Hudson by a final score of 5-0, and then get their second tie of the season against Stow Munroe-Falls (Stow) with the final score being 1-1.
This gives the girls a record of (4-8-2) with only four games remaining in the 2023 season.
The Lady Knights fight the back end of their season on a positive note. The girls rattle off three straight wins defeating Roosevelt (Kent) 3-0, Brecksville Broadview-Heights (Broadview Heights) 2-1, and then McKinley (Canton) 9-0.
Only one game remains for the Lady Knights as they look to finish strong on the road against Mentor.
The game will start Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 6:00p.m.
