PHILLIP F. WARD, age 84, passed away on October 19, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Judith M. (nee Lickert); loving father of Kenneth (Laura) and Gregory (Sharon); dear grandfather of Carly Tran (David), Christopher, Ashley, Lindsey, and Ryan; brother of the late Charlotte M. Zamow (Jack).
