The incident occurred at a residence on St. Lawrence Circle in Sagamore Hills. Macedonia Fire Department responded to assist with the medical emergency. The situation was resolved within approximately 15 minutes of authorities arriving on scene.

The incident began around 3:00 AM at a residence on Mottl Reserve Drive. Officers responded to the complaint and resolved the situation within 15 minutes.
Workplace Assault Reported At Healthcare Facility
Officers were dispatched to Brentwood Health Care Center on West Aurora Road on May 3 regarding an assault. The victim was identified as a 22-year-old female. Two witnesses provided statements to responding officers. The incident occurred shortly after 2:30 AM and officers cleared the scene by 3:10 AM.

Elderly Woman Reports Fraud
On May 3, officers took an on-station report regarding fraud from a 78-year-old woman who resides on Chandler Court. The fraudulent activity reportedly occurred between April 15 and May 3. Officer Ryan Shelby documented the incident, which was classified under fraud.
Financial Fraud Reported At Apartment Complex
Sagamore Hills officers responded to a report of financial fraud at an apartment on Deerfield Drive on April 29. The victim reported the fraudulent activity had been occurring since April 23. Officers Ryan Ennis and Glenn Lucore responded to the call around 10:30 PM and documented the complaint.

Teen Transported To Hospital After Overdose
Emergency responders were called to a residence on Summersweet Trail on May 3 after a 911 call reported a 13-year-old male was overdosing. Police officers and Macedonia Fire Department personnel responded to the scene. The juvenile was transported to Akron Children’s General Hospital for treatment. Evidence collected at the scene included a suicide note and a THC vape device.
