BACK TO BACK CHAMPIONS

The Nordonia Knights 11U are winning championships, and making a name for themselves, now being ranked 2nd out of 846 11U teams in the state of Ohio. The math does the talking, but so does the other Tournament Directors, who have called our Head Coach, Chase Senk, to ask if we could sit out tournaments for the weekend of April 26-April 28th to allow for other teams to experience winning a championship.

Their 1st Championship of the season came the weekend of April 12-14 in Independence Ohio at the April Showers Indoor Tournament. Out of 4 games, 22 total innings played, the Knights beat the Independence LFG Blue Devils 8-6 in the championship, bringing home the $1 plaque and all the glory.

Their 2nd Championship came this past weekend (4/19-4/21) in Tallmadge Ohio at the Tallmadge Early Bird Tournament. The Knights went 5-0, playing the Lyndhurst Lightening, what came down to the wire, with a 7-6 win for the $0.25 trophy and more glory for the teams tool belt!

As mentioned above, the Knights will honor the other community teams in Ohio, and not play in a tournament this weekend, but come witness for yourselves when they play at home at Longwood Park on 5/2/24  at 6pm, when they take on the Twinsburg Tigers 11U team.
