Earth Day Volunteers Needed

From the Superintendent of Nordonia Hills City Schools,

Dear Nordonia Families,

Nordonia High School freshman Mimi Hover has coordinated a community-wide clean-up effort to celebrate Earth Day. She is looking for 220 volunteers to spend an hour each on Sunday, April 24, cleaning different areas around the schools.

Mimi will provide more details as we get closer to the event. At this point, she is looking to fill up the volunteer slots. Thanks for your consideration and participation.

On a side note, I want to commend Mimi for showing incredible leadership and community spirit by spearheading this event. She is expanding upon an effort started by her brother Louis, who is currently studying and serving at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Mimi is a shining example of the great kids Nordonia has.

As always, thanks for your continued support of the Nordonia Schools, and Go Knights!

Joe Clark, Ph.D.

Superintendent
