Thursday proved to be a challenging day for the Nordonia girls’ tennis team as they faced a defeat against Wadsworth High School at the Nordonia High School tennis courts.
In the Varsity match, the Lady Knights Tennis team suffered a loss to Wadsworth, with Wadsworth now holding a record of (1-2) in the Suburban League and (7-4) overall.
The Nordonia Junior Varsity team also faced a similar fate against Wadsworth, albeit in a different location.
Nordonia’s junior varsity tennis girls traveled to Wadsworth High School on Thursday and competed at the same time.
Unfortunately, Wadsworth secured a 5-0 victory over Nordonia in the junior varsity match, bringing their season record to (1-2) in the Suburban League and (4-5) overall.
