Northfield Center Development, Inc. hereby provides notice to the general public and, specifically, to the residents of Northfield Center Township, as required by Ohio R.C. 505.07, that it is the Plaintiff in an action styled Northfield Center Development, Inc. v. Northfield Center Township, in the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, Case No. 5:19-CV-00320, before Judge John R. Adams. The parties intend to file an addendum to a previously entered consent decree agreement. Specifically, the addendum to the consent decree, which concerns property off of Ledgemont Drive in Northfield Center Township, will permit the subdivision of the property into 9 lots of not less than 14,000 square feet each, as opposed to 12 lots of not less than 16,000 square feet each. The proposed consent decree will be available for public inspection at the Northfield Center Township Administrative offices until the same is filed with the Court. ________________________________________________________
