Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 6:45 pm at the Northfield Center Township Offices, 8484 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH regarding proposed text amendments to Chapter 230 “General Provisions,” Section 230.17 “ Solar Panels”, and Chapter 610 “”Zoning Certificates,” Section 610.07 “Denial of Zoning Certificate,” of the Northfield Center Township Zoning Resolution.
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the township office either by mail or email (nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com) preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 9, 2024. The information is on file at the township office and is available for viewing Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
