Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Northfield Center Administrative offices, 8484 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH for an Application for Zoning Variance for applicant Joe Cox, 587 Rolling Brooke Way, Northfield Center OH 44067. The applicant is requesting a variance to current setback regulations for corner lots in the Northfield Center Township Zoning Resolution for the construction of a garage addition.
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the Administrative office either by mail or email (nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com ) preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. The proposed text changes are on file at the administrative office and are available for viewing during normal business hours Monday – Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
