Obituary: Harold Alan Griminger (Hippy)

On May 15, 2024, Harold Alan Griminger (Hippy) stepped into the arms of Jesus our Lord and Savior and joined his beloved stepdaughter, Betsy Neal. Harold was a longtime resident of Northfield Center and Northfield Village and worked for many years as a mechanic. He was born May 26, 1942 and was raised by his grandmother, Viola Wells, and his aunt, Dorothy Karduck. In addition to his grandmother, aunt and stepdaughter, he is also preceded in death by his parents Ethel Mae (nee Wells) and Charles Griminger; brother Charles Griminger; and sisters Gayle Jones and Joanie Rallya. He is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Nora (nee Panciera); his dear cousins whom he was raised alongside, Christine (David) Calhoun and Thomas (Lana) Karduck; sister Vicki Griminger; stepson Thomas Neal; step-grandson Jared Neal; and many nieces and nephews.
