Palmer House Museum Support

The Palmer House Museum and The Historical Society of Old Northfield needs support from within the community. You can support our organization financially or through our volunteer program. We are a 501 (c) (3) organization supported wholly by memberships and donations.
The Historical Society of Old Northfield was founded in 1957 and is charged with running The Palmer House Museum by collecting, preserving, displaying, and educating our local community on the history of “Old Northfield”. There are four communities that were originally considered as “Old Northfield”: Northfield Center Township, Northfield Village, Sagamore Hills Township and the City of Macedonia. Our museum is housed in a frame building known as the Palmer House which was built around 1844 and is one of the few remaining vertical beam constructed homes in Ohio.
