CONCORD TOWNSHIP, OHIO – U.S. Rep. Dave Joyce (OH-14) announced today that his office will be hosting their Military Academy Information Day on Saturday, September 22, 2018.
The event will start at 9:30 am in the Auburn Career Center’s Technology Learning Center Building, located at 8221 Auburn Road in Concord Township.
“This is an opportunity for students who want to serve our country to speak with representatives from each of the U.S. Military Academies,” Joyce said. “I encourage all students who have an interest in attending a service academy to come to the event, because it’s a great way to gather information for their future.”
Representatives from the U.S. Air Force Academy, U.S. Military Academy (West Point), U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, U.S. Naval Academy and U.S. Coast Guard Academy have been invited to attend, make presentations and take questions.
The program is open to students of all ages and their families. Anyone who has an interest in learning more about the service academies and the nomination process is welcome to attend.
