Macedonia’s Forever Friends Foundation will hold its last cookout fundraiser of the year Sept. 5 at Petco Macedonia, 500 E. Aurora Road. The Kitty Kafe Cookout Fundraiser Adoption Event runs from noon to 3 p.m. Attendees can meet adoptable cats while enjoying food cooked on site.
Menu and pricing
A hot dog combo, which includes chips and a drink, costs $5. A hamburger combo with chips and a drink costs $6. Fresh bakery items, including cookies and cakes, will also be available.
Bake sale supports the cause
The event also features a bake sale alongside the cookout. All proceeds raised during the fundraiser will go directly toward animal care costs at the foundation.
