Lollipop Cooperative Preschool has been named an official Ohio Department of Natural Resources Wild School Site. The designation recognizes outdoor spaces used for hands on environmental learning.
The preschool operates alongside United Methodist Church of Macedonia. Both organizations will celebrate the honor with a free community dedication ceremony.
Event Details
The ceremony is set for Saturday, August 8, from 1 to 3 p.m. It will take place at 1280 East Aurora Road in Macedonia.
Organizers describe the gathering as a family friendly event open to the public. A bounce house, outdoor scavenger hunt, make and take crafts, and face painting will be available for children. Snacks will be provided at no cost.
