Beloved mother of Julie Jakubczak and Kelly Mayne; dear grandmother of Donald Edward Jakubczak, Joseph Truman Jakubczak, and Andrew Christopher Jakubczak; sister of Elsie Ann Smith (the late Frank), Roy Johns (the late Margie), and all the following deceased Delsie Adeline Hanshaw (John), Kenneth Nathan Johns (Sue), Doy Roger Johns.
